DCM Science Laboratory, Inc. prides itself on being a small business in Denver that is able to provide analytical services for clients worldwide. Our objective is to provide innovative analytical services that will assist our clients in solving their varied problems whether they are environmental or industrial related.

The strength of DCMSL is the dedication of its staff to provide high quality assurance in all technical services offered.  DCMSL’s over 30 years of service to our clients demonstrates an unyielding commitment to providing that quality.

Quality Assurance and Control

DCM Science Laboratory, Inc. has developed and implemented a QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL PROGRAM specifically designed for all of our activities and analyses. Our program consists of detailed standard operating procedures and quality assurance reviews in each phase of work conducted by DCMSL for intra-laboratory quality control purposes.

• All microscopic equipment is calibrated daily.
• Asbestos analysis quality control is assured by analyst callibration as well as blind reanalyses on at least ten percent of all samples analyzed by DCMSL on a daily basis.
• Each bulk asbestos identification sample is analyzed by a senior analyst. DCM Science Laboratory, Inc. also participates in and manages a voluntary interlaboratory air and bulk sample exchange program.
• For interlaboratory quality control purposes, DCMSL actively participates in the AIHA LAP, LLC PAT program and NVLAP Lab Code 101258-0 proficiency samples.

In addition, DCM Science Laboratory, Inc. has established an interlaboratory program with five other laboratories located throughout the United States. All reports and data generated by DCMSL are also subjected to a process of reviews and double checks.
